We pick you up from 3:00 – 3:30 a.m., after picking you up from your hotel we start our tour to Colca, passing through the slopes of Chachani, Pampa de Arrieros, Pampa Cañahuas, National Reserve

from Aguada Blanca where we will only pass and arrive directly to Chivay, capital of the city

Caylloma province.

Arriving in Chivay we have breakfast, we go to the Cruz del Cóndor Viewpoint visiting the towns of Yanque, Maca, Choquetico Viewpoints, Antahuilque, Pre-Inca Cemetery (Hanging Tombs), the litomaquette, the terrace system and Pre-Inca irrigation.

Return to Chivay for lunch, then we will visit the Calera Thermal Baths and return to Arequipa. (Approximate arrival at 5:30 p.m.)

Normally it is recommended to stay one or two days in the city of Arequipa to acclimatize and thus be able to avoid altitude sickness when going to the Colca Valley; It is also recommended to drink the traditional coca mate or the Inca mate, also if you want to take a pill, the most recommended is the “Sorojchi Pills”, it must be taken 30 minutes before starting the trip and you can buy at any pharmacy. It should be noted that if you are allergic to any medication, it is better to consult a doctor before taking the pill.
