In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 – Law on Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and Supreme Decree 003-2013/JUS – Regulation of the Law (the “Regulation”), we inform you that ARUM QURPAWASI SAC (hereinafter, “Expotravel Perú”) will process your personal data, whether provided physically or digitally (hereinafter, “Personal Data”), in order to execute the contractual relationships that it maintains in force or may sustain in the future with Expotravel Peru, as well as for statistical and/or analytical purposes, and/or customer behavior and/or to evaluate the quality of the product or service provided. Also, remember that you have the right to revoke the processing of your personal data at any time.

Likewise, and for the purpose described in the preceding paragraph, I declare that I am aware that Expotravel Peru can process my Personal Data on behalf of third parties, being able to transfer them nationally and/or internationally to subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and affiliates of our website www.expotravelperu.com, subjecting itself to the same obligations and security, technical and legal measures.

In the event of needing to process the personal data of a minor, the consent of their parents or guardians will be required, as appropriate, except for exceptions provided for in the Law and its Regulations. I declare that I have been informed that, in case I have a contractual relationship with Expotravel Peru, this authorization will still last up to ten (10) years after the expiration of the same, and in case I do not maintain a contractual relationship with Expotravel Peru, this authorization will be valid until for ten (10) years from the date of this consent. I declare that I have been informed that my personal data will be stored in the Expotravel Peru data banks, according to the following detail:

– If the personal data corresponds to a client of Expotravel Peru, they will be registered in the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data under the name “Clients”.

– If the personal data corresponds to a third party with no link to Expotravel Peru, they will be registered in the National Registry for the Protection of Personal Data under the name “Third Parties”.

I declare to know my right to request access to my Personal Data and to know its treatment, as well as to request its updating, inclusion, rectification, cancellation and deletion, being able to oppose its use or disclosure, through the email atencionalcliente@expotravelperu.com, accompanied by the corresponding supporting documentation, also having safe the exercise of the guardianship of my rights before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data in the process of claiming or before the Judiciary through the action of habeas data.

The personal data collected by Expotravel Peru are mandatory, the refusal to provide them will mean the impossibility of specifying the intended purpose.
