Sillar route in mirabus

Departure from the Office 15 minutes before the departure time together with the guide, we board at the Tourist bus stop on Zela street next to the Monastery of Santa Catalina.

The first point we will visit will be the Yanahuara square, where we will be able to appreciate the church and square, as well as observe the viewpoint that is made up of a set of beautiful ashlar arches built during the 19th century, through which we can appreciate the 3 volcanoes of Arequipa in a panoramic way and the recorded writings of illustrious Arequipa

After this visit we will go to the quarries of Añashuayco in the district of Cerro Colorado, here we will be able to appreciate the pink quarry and different sculptures carved in ashlar by the quarry masters, who will give us a demonstration of cutting and carving blocks of ashlar.

Then we will move to the Culebrillas ravine, which is 35 min away from Añashuayco. From this place we will walk for approximately 20 minutes. At the end of the walk we will be able to observe the petroglyphs made by the Wari culture more than a thousand years ago.
